How you can help

Volunteering is a rewarding experience on many levels; learning new skills and experiences, contributing to good causes and making invaluable differences. Along with meeting new people and having lots of fun!

There are many ways that you can help make a difference to people living with Multiple Sclerosis.  We are lucky to have a great team of volunteers with a variety of skills and experience, but we need more help!

If you are able to volunteer on a weekly, monthly, annual basis we would love to hear from you.

MS Auckland run Hydrotherapy groups across Auckland tailored for people with Multiple Sclerosis.  Classes are weekly for one hour in Epsom, Manurewa, Pakuranga, Henderson and the North Shore.  We are always on the look out for reliable volunteers to assist with these classes.   Hydrotherapy Guidelines

Help out at one of our Fundraising events throughout the year, such as Street Appeal,  Bike the Bridge and Life Buoy.

Community Friend

People diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis can often find themselves increasingly isolated if their mobility lessens. We introduce volunteers to a person that would like a regular visitor for help and support.  This maybe helping with shopping or just for a cup of tea and a natter.
