“Believe you can and you’re halfway there”- Theodore Roosevelt
I love this quote. It’s so true – a positive attitude not only helps in coping with the daily affairs of life, but it can also inspire us to challenge ourselves and try new things.
We have some exciting challenges to choose from in the months ahead. For the first time MS Auckland will be putting a team in for Round the Bays in March 2020. We hope that many of you will take up the challenge and join us for this event, either by walking, wheeling or running the 8.4 kilometers. We have an information afternoon coming up to find out more about this event and how to prepare. Also coming up is an Outward Bound Challenge and the Oceans of Hope Challenge. There is certainly no shortage of opportunity to get outside and delight yourself by seeing how much you are capable of!
