e-newsletter March 2019

e-newsletter March 2019

“Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world”. Howard Zinn

Our little office in Takapuna is a hive of activity these days. There is just so much to do! One of the things that is keeping us busy is our big annual charity lunch and auction. This event is very important to us as it has become our main fundraising event for the year and it helps to keep all our activities and services going through the year. The event requires huge support from the community to be a success – including donations of auction items, volunteer time, event sponsorship, and the purchase of tickets and prizes. We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful community of support around us. Thank you one and all.

In this newsletter, among a number of other event news, we have your invite to Life Buoy for MS 2019. We hope you will be able to join us for what is sure to be a very special and memorable afternoon at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron.
