At noon on the 12th of August Auckland went back up to Alert Level 3 and the rest of the country to Level 2, in response to a new outbreak of COVID-19 in Auckland.
What does this mean for MS Auckland Services and people with MS?
Service and Programme Changes
Support groups and Hydrotherapy sessions will be suspended while we are in level 3. Support groups will move to Zoom. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to join in on a Zoom support group.
While pools are closed, we are exploring other exercise options. We have contracted with Gilly Davy to provide two different exercise classes over Zoom. These will be held on Wednesday the 19 and 26th, for the more mobile, and on Friday the 21st and 28th for the less mobile. For more information and to get the links to these classes click here.
Our Zoom workshop ‘Recognising Relapses’ on the 28th of August will proceed.
