Bruce Cameron
Secretary

Bruce CameronOur Secretary is at present a full time caregiver for his wife Margaret who has MS.

Margaret and Bruce live in Howick. They have two grown children and one granddaughter.

Bruce, who has worked as a food technologist, was elected Secretary after serving on the General Committee for three years

Bruce's involvement with the MS Society has been as a helper and co-ordinator for the Ferndale Group.

He has also acted as a member of the Ambassadors Group addressing service clubs and schools during the Readathon as well as doing radio interviews with Margaret.

You might have heard him on the end of the telephone during a two-month stint as Acting Office and Communications Manager.

Bruce's interests include Kiwanis (a service Club focussing on raising funds to assist with childcare and development), assisting with the operational requirements of the Warbird Dakota seen in the skies over Auckland, sailing, and playing the clarinet (not all at the same time).
