Minimize Fatigue, Maximize Life

Minimise fatigue, maximise life is a 6 week programme for people living with MS related fatigue. It has been designed in New Zealand, by health professionals and people with MS. Evaluations of the programme show that people who attend experience significant improvements in their fatigue as well as benefits in other aspects of their lives.
The programme involves a group of up to 6 people with MS and a trained group facilitator. You will be taught about MS fatigue and how to manage different aspects of life that can contribute to fatigue. The group will move at a relaxed pace and you will be welcome to contribute to group discussions. You will receive a work book that covers the key points of fatigue management.
The programme is appropriate for people who are newly diagnosed as well as people who have been living with MS for years.
